Ok, so I haven’t ran in a track meet in 7 years. There is one coming up that I’ve been training again for. I have forgot what I did the night before the meet. Any suggestions? Ice legs, longer stretch, any type of food? Also, it is a usatf event, I know there are some banned substances, but I need a boost of energy before my event. I usually use jack3d or C4, but I have recently discontinued the use of them. (Running the 60m, and 100m). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
