What a great job Steve Vaitones and Joe Abelon have done in growing our sport with this meet. We’re very luicky to be in an area where our USATF office is so active and involved in every aspect of our sport.
This meeet has already impacted the high school level with AB benifiting this year with 3 frosh who ran in htis meet a year ago impacting their DCL championship team.

I couldn’t agree more, from our perspective, this meet has created a 5-8 xc program in town, bolstered our high school xc team in both talent & numbers.

Not to mention it has broght a XC/track awareness to Tewksbury that was much needed is is greatly appreciated!

We lookforward to hosting it next year!

IF you are a high school coach please look into contacting your middle school coaches to see if they attend this meet.

If your town does not have a middle school program then please look into creating one yourself. While it does take a lot of time to Teach/work a full time job, coach the high school XC team & create/coach a middle school program - it will benefit the high school program greatly.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
