Impressive. Always great sprints, but it is funny looking up in distance to 5k/10k.

Morning lows average 74 degrees in Feb with humidity in the low 70s .

60 to 80 mpw in that training climate will make you strong ,or kill you:(
Jamaican born Brooklyn raised Byron Dyce ran 3:57.4 in 1974 for Jamaica and is second only to Gawain Guys '87 run of 3;57.2
Byron’s 1:45.3 is still second on their AT list behind Seymore Newman at 1:45.2

Wow…Can’t wait to see Munro at Penn - What’s Union Catholic’s best time this year in the 4x4?

This guy must be running a helluva an anchor on the 4x4, probably worth getting the watch out to get a split at Penn.

Note on the 2nd place guy - 20.78 isn’t shabby, and I’ll note that Green Island High School is tiny - way out on the west side of Jamaica.

Union Catholic’s in the mid-high 3:teens so far from indoor.

Here’s the 4x400. Delano Williams split 45.7. The announcers said he has split 44.8 before. Glad he doesn’t run for Jamaica, looks like he can be real good one day. He went to the Olympic trials for Great Britain.

20.27 is serious for 200m. That would usually get you in/ or close to a senior championship final. I thought this article was silly until I saw he had run 20.27 …

With Gemili and this guy Britain is set up with to be competitive for rather a while.
