Right now I am doing offseason training for the 400m with a 4 day split, this has been my first week of consistent training. Should I change anything?
1x Extensive Tempo 3x4x100m 30s rest 15s pace
1x Intensive Tempo 2x2x300m 3’rest 48s
1x Speed 6x50m build ups-20m-5’ rest run in-maintain max velocity for 50m
1x Speed Endurance- 1x250m, 1x,200m, 1x150m @90-95% 8’ rest
I am also doing weights and plyometrics on the side.
